Terms and conditions
1. Booking confirmation: To confirm booking, 50% advance is to be paid.
2. Entry to Hall: Balance amount to be paid 1 day prior to the day of event. Service Providers and Guests will be permitted entry only after full payment is received.
3. Security Deposit: A 25% security deposit of the rental charges is required, refundable within 2 working days after the day of event.
4. Additional Charges: The management reserves the right to recover any additional charges exceeding the deposit.
5. Cancellation: If canceled, 50% of the charges will be refunded. Alternatively, the amount may be used to rebook the hall, subject to any rent increase. The party may change the date once within two months, subject to availability. The hall cannot be transferred to others.
6. Outstanding Dues: All outstanding dues must be settled at the time of checkout.
7. Inspection Rights: The management reserves the right to inspect the hall at any time during the rental period.
8. Alcohol: Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited.
9. Illegal Activities: Illegal activities are prohibited within the hall/building.
10.Event Type: The venue is only for family and corporate events and is not available for political or union activities.
11.Local Laws: The applicant must adhere to all local laws.
12.Cooking: No cooking of any kind is allowed inside the hall.
13.Firecrackers: The bursting or firing of firecrackers is strictly prohibited inside the premises.
14.Parking: The applicant must ensure orderly parking of vehicles and adhere to designated routes. The management is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to vehicles.
15.Care of Property: The applicant must use the hall, furniture, fittings, vessels, and other items with due care. Any damages or losses will be the responsibility of the client, who will be required to compensate for them.
16.Liability for Belongings: The applicant is responsible for the safety of their articles, baggage, vehicles, and those of their invitees. The management is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
17.Guest Safety: The applicant is responsible for the safety and well-being of all guests, contractors, and hired personnel.
18.Spitting and Tobacco: Spitting is prohibited except in designated washrooms. Tobacco products, including Pan Parag and beeda, are strictly prohibited.
19.Electrical Charges: Additional electrical consumption charges of Rs. 500 per hour will apply. Extra charges of Rs. 1000 will be levied for the use of additional lights or DJ systems.
20.Water Charges: Water charges are Rs. 600 for half-day and Rs. 1000 for full-day use.
21.Generator Charges: Generator charges are Rs. 750 per hour or part thereof.
22.Audio Restrictions: Audio volume is limited to levels specified by the management. Audio can be utilized from 7AM until 10PM.
23.Rental Duration: The rent covers one 6-hour slot, either from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM or from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM
24.Power Service: Power will be automatically disconnected after the booking period ends, with only lobby lights remaining for 15 minutes.
25.Post-Event Property Check: The applicant is responsible for removing all their belongings at checkout. The management will not entertain claims for lost property after the event.
26.Service Provider List: The applicant acknowledges receipt of the list of service providers and understands that the management is not responsible for any lapses in service.
27.Damage to Property: Hammering nails or damaging the hall/building is not permitted. Painting or disfiguring the walls is prohibited.
28.Decoration: Hall and stage decoration must be carried out by designated decorators approved by the management.
29.Electrical Illumination: Electrical illumination must be arranged through authorized contractors, and payments must be settled immediately after the event.
30.Posters and Flex: Posters or flex banners may not be pasted or displayed inside or outside the building.
31.Function Display: The display for the function should be placed in designated locations only.
32.Cooking Area: A separate area for cooking is available on the ground floor for an additional charge.
33.Outside Catering: Outside catering for both Veg and Non-Veg food is allowed but must be approved by the management in advance.
34.Advance Notification: Catering details must be submitted to the management three days before the event.
35.Cleaning: Cleaning during the event should be done by the service providers engaged by the applicant.
36.Article Removal: The applicant and their contractors must ensure all articles are removed promptly after the event.
37.Unauthorized Access: The applicant must ensure unauthorized persons do not enter the hall.
38.Seating Arrangements: Seating arrangements should not be disturbed.
39.Plastic Usage: The use of disposable plastic items is prohibited.
40.Soap and Napkins: Hand wash soap and paper napkins should be arranged through the applicant’s service providers.
41.Return of Property: The applicant must return all items entrusted to them in the same condition immediately after the event.
42.Breach of Contract: The person booking the hall is responsible for any breach of contract.
43.Violation Consequences: Any violation of these terms will lead to the termination of services, including electricity and water, and forfeiture of the deposit.
44.Control of Hall: In case of a violation of terms, the management reserves the right to take control of the hall and vacate all guests.
